The Smith family have commercially fished on Lake Winnipeg for five generations. For over 35 years, our store has operated on Gimli Park Road. All of our products are harvested from Lake Winnipeg waters, and processed on location. We carry five varieties of smoked fish, as well as various fresh and frozen fish products.
